GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Parties

Oblify BV with company number BE0778.399.363 and registered office at Koophandelstraat 18, 9160 Lokeren, as well as the trade names it uses, including but not limited to “Meezy” and “Handpicked Distribution”, hereinafter referred to as “Meezy”.

and

every natural person or company on whose behalf Meezy provides services or goods, whether or not for the actual Advertiser, End User, or beneficiary thereof, hereinafter referred to as “Customer”.

2. Brief Presentation

Meezy assists providers of various Sales Articles in e-commerce transactions via online Marketplaces and all associated sales processes through, among others:

• Advice on keywords, SWOT, benchmarking, and ROI analyses,
• Creation, management, and integration of Marketplace accounts;
• Design, publication, promotion, and optimization of marketplace content;
• Linkages and integrations with 3rd party software and Applications;
• Creation and management of support/helpdesk services;
• Storage, drop-shipping, shipping, and import/export of Sales Articles;

3. Definitions

"Conditions": All the provisions listed below, including appendices and the "Invoice and Payment Conditions" separately displayed if applicable, which form an integral part of this.

"Marketplaces": the platforms through which Meezy sets up, facilitates, and/or promotes e-commerce sales for the Client, including:

"Services": Any form of service provision that Meezy provides to the Client as well as all administrative, accounting, and promotional processes thereto.
